Kiersten is a prop stylist, and since I don’t know much (if anything) about that particular line of work, I asked her a couple of questions.

What does it mean to be a prop stylist?

So for photo shoots, and events and stuff, I’m the one that brings all the furniture, vintage items, anything that they use in it. If Williams-Sonoma is using vintage Le Creuset pots–I’m the person that brings those.

Why do you like doing it?

I’ve always loved vintage hunting, and I see the world in perfect shots, I guess, so I like creating those.
