So last week, a photo of mine appeared in the New York Times style section (click here to see it). As you can imagine, I was beside myself with joy. Apparently there’s a weekly contest where readers submit pictures based on a theme, and the editors pick the best ones. What a boon for a streetstyle photographer, right? In any event, somehow I missed this week’s deadline (I don’t know how, because it’s not marked and last week you could submit through Saturday evening), so I thought I’d put my shots here. The theme was funky glasses. So here goes.

If I had to categorize Dan’s glasses (and I do, given that this is my blog), I’d say they are 70s-old-man chic. The coolest.

I don’t know what I like best about this picture of Sterling: His shades, his Daft Punk tank, or his awesome pose. What do you guys think?

The photo above is one of my Instagram photos–I’m posting a lot of streetphotography/streetstyle/candid type stuff there.
