One styley couple, two styley outfits: Jen Vuong and Cary Pratt

I saw Jen at a restaurant in Portland, Oregon, on my trip there in April. I knew immediately that I had to take her picture, so I did:

It's been a while since I've seen a backpack that looked that cool.

Sweater: Vintage. Jeans: Diesel. Boots: Vintage. Shirt: Vintage.

Not until Jen and I were out on the street and I was snapping away did I realize that her boyfriend, Cary, was as styley as she.

If The Strokes ever need a replacement for Fabrizio Moretti, now they know who to call.

Leather jacket: Vintage. Hush Puppies: Vintage. White shirt: H&M. Jeans: Levi’s. Sunglasses: Oakley.

Jen and Cary are both from Vancouver, where Jen is an art student who works in HR, and Cary is a musician who works at the Vogue Theater. He’s also an amateur brewer.

A recurring theme: My profound love for a chunky knit sweater.

Makes you want to go vintage shopping in Vancouver, doesn’t it?
